Описание от агенцията (на английски):

This two-storey house is located in a picturesque village some 18km. from the Danube. It proposes 180 sq.m. extented between the two floors. The first one consists of a corridor, one bedroom, a bathroom and one more premise designated for a small shop.On the second floor four more rooms are available. The house is presented in relatively good condition and still some repair works and modernization are recommended. Yet it offers great potential for improvement and it is extensive enough to suit a big family. The property is supplied with electricity and running water is available both inside and outside. A telephone line is installed. Inner toilet has to be built and enough space is provided for that purpose. A garage is constructed within the borders of the property. The garden spreads on 540sq.m of fertile soil- enough to have it all planted with different kinds of fruits and vegetables! As for the village, it suggests many amenities such as shops, restaurants, a school, a pharmacy, a gas station, etc.On the whole the region is ideal for rural tourism with its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful nature. It is a much preferred place for spending a vacation for it provides solitude unknown to the big city! Many people have already found the long-desired calmness there, so why don’t you go and see?
